Mitchell started his career in construction as an apprentice, working his way up to foreman and site supervisor in both Alberta and British Columbia. With years of hands-on experience, Mitchell’s knowledge of the field ensures that WaterShield Atlantic maintains the highest standards of workmanship on every project. His dedication to quality and efficiency has earned him respect from both clients and peers. Having faced the issues of water damage in his own home, Mitchell is committed to delivering tailored waterproofing and foundation repair solutions to help homeowners avoid costly and destructive damage. Outside of work, Mitchell enjoys time with his family and young children, enjoying the balance of work and home life in beautiful Nova Scotia.

Josh brings a wealth of experience to WaterShield Atlantic, having been involved in the construction industry since 2007. In 2012, Josh transitioned from new home construction in Saskatchewan to specialize in project management and estimation, developing a sharp eye for detail and project efficiency. His expertise ensures that every project runs smoothly, from initial consultation to project completion. Having personally dealt with the frustrations of water damage in his own home, Josh is passionate about providing homeowners with the best possible solutions to protect their properties. When he’s not working, Josh enjoys spending time with his family and young children.
